1. The Cosmic Wonder
O Beloved,
Look around and look within —
Who sprinkled the stars across the night, Who woke the sun and set it alight?
Who moves the earth round and round, Who fills life between sky and ground?
2. The Pivot
But wait, — forget the cosmology! Do you even know your Atmology – Atmamanthan?
Before you gaze at the endless sky, turn inward to ask what and why.
The world will keep on turning away — But what about the self you carry each day?
3. The Inquiry Begins
Let us focus on you, your inner ground, Step gently within, where your truth is found.
Why have you become who you are? Why does your joy feel so far?
What makes you laugh, what makes you cry? What makes you soar, what makes you sigh?
Why do you think the way you think? Why do your spirits sometimes sink?
What makes you feel the way you feel? What wounds within you refuse to heal?
What do you hold and what do you leave? What do you question, and what you believe?
These are not questions to make you weak, These are the doors through which you seek.
O Beloved, You are strong, empowered to enquire.Yes, it takes commitment to tend this fire.
4. The Certainty
One thing is certain — You were born and now you exist. Until you die you simply persist.
In this body, in this mind, Right here, right now, you start to unwind.
5. The Layers
You have form — a shape, a face, a body holding you in a place.
You have feelings that rise and fall, Sometimes for nothing, sometimes for all.
You have senses full of desire, That pull you down and pull you higher.
And you have thoughts — forever reeling, Like a thief your calmness stealing.
Your life keeps spinning, never still, like restless waves against a hill.
Body, vitality, senses and feeling — Layer upon layer, silently weaving.
But what sits at the center of this show? What is the one that makes you go?
6. The Hidden Light
O Beloved — You have consciousness.
So light, so close, so fully here, making your outer and your inner to appear.
Like a room filled with blazing light, You see all things clear and bright,
But the light itself escapes your view — And that, dear one, is also you.
7. The Seer and the Seen
You are not the cloud that comes and goes, You are the sky that always shows.
Not the waves that rise and fall, but the one ocean beneath it, all.
You are the essence behind what appears, You are not the seen — you are the Seer.
You are the witness, always free, The world is all that you hear and see.
The body comes and goes in sight, The mind appears within that light, Even the feeling of “I” comes and goes — But the one who watches — that never closes.
When you forget this, ignorance arises — and through ignorance the suffering rises.
This ignorance is dressed in the clothes of knowing, It is the root of your endless sorrowing.
8. The Path
It is not attachment that sets you free, And detachment is also not the key.
Clinging to the world with all your might, Or pushing it away — neither is right.
It is alignment — simple and true, a synchronicity of all that is you.
When body, mind and consciousness meet, the self becomes whole, the circle is complete.
To know the One and live this Oneness, To live through life from a place of fullness.
O Beloved, this is Atmology, Not a belief — a way of being free.
9. The Transformation
Like milk churns to ghee and ghee burns to light, so wisdom churns the soul from darkness to bright.
The conscious body, the conscious mind, Through devotion, and self-knowledge refined.
Through action and inner discipline’s call, You begin to transform — and ignorance falls.
Ignorance melts like mist before the sun, when body, mind and consciousness become one.
Not pushed, not forced, not won by strain — Like clouds parting to show the sun again.
10. The Return
O Beloved, The universe beats in your heart, you and the cosmos were never apart.
You are not a drop in the sea, The entire ocean lives in thee.
The truth of the world and the truth of you, Are not separate — they were never two.
You are the seeker and the sought, This is the end of every search and thought.
Tat Tvam Asi — Thou art That. Beyond all cosmology. Live your Atmology.
