From Breath to Being: Guided Meditative Practices

These guided practices are invitations to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence already present within you. Whether you begin with mindfulness of breathing, pranayama, Yoga Nidra, or meditation on emptiness, each practice offers a simple doorway into greater clarity, balance, and inner rest.
You do not need to be experienced or perfectly focused—only willing to begin. Practice gently, return regularly, and allow each session to meet you exactly where you are.

Stillness is not
the absence of thought

Every session here is an invitation to return. Whether you have five minutes or fifty, a wandering mind or a ready one, there is a practice waiting to meet you exactly where you are.

Mindfulness of breathing

Mindfulness of Breathing: A 16-Step Journey Explore a complete meditation practice for cultivating calm, focus, clarity, insight, and inner freedom through the simple act of breathing. This 16-step mindfulness of breathing practice gradually deepens awareness—from becoming intimate with the breath and calming the body, to understanding feelings, recognizing qualities of mind, and developing insight into the changing nature of experience. The journey unfolds through four dimensions of awareness: body, feelings, mind, and insight. Each stage builds naturally upon the previous one, helping us move from scattered attention toward greater steadiness, ease, clarity, and letting go. Rather than trying to silence the mind, this practice teaches us to observe, understand, calm, and gently transform our relationship with experience. 16 steps. Four dimensions of awareness. One breath-by-breath journey toward greater clarity and freedom.

Guided Paths

4 Weeks -Foundation

The Quiet Ground
For those new to sitting — an unhurried introduction to breath, body, and presence. No experience necessary, only the willingness to begin. Sessions move from five to twenty minutes across four weeks, building familiarity with stillness before introducing any formal technique.

16 sessions · 5–20 min each

6 Weeks -Deepening

Beyond the Thinking Mind
For those with a basic sitting practice, ready to move from concentration into open awareness — the vast, unstructured field beneath all thought. This programme introduces the distinction between object-centred and subject-centred meditation, and guides the practitioner toward the latter.

18 sessions · 15–30 min each

8 Weeks -Advanced

The Vedantic Inquiry
An immersive programme weaving meditation with Self-inquiry in the Advaita tradition. The central question — Who am I? — is not answered conceptually but investigated directly, through sustained attention to the sense of being itself. Prerequisite: six or more months of consistent daily practice.

24 sessions · 30–60 min each
